Procedure of Online Consultation

• To consult by video call, a patient or their family member has to send a message to 9818120579 via Whatsapp – saying – “I/We request Dr. Rahul Chandhok for a consultation by video call.” 
• This request would imply your consent for Teleconsultation with the doctor after reading the Disclaimer and FAQ.
• Please mention Name, Age, Sex and Location of patient while requesting for consult. Also mention New case or Old case.
• You would recieve a reply requesting for mentioning the patient’s problems in brief in case of new case and  requesting for latest prescription in case of old case.
• After this you would be sent details for making payment. After making payment, please send sceenshot of fee payment via whatsapp.
• Once your payment is confirmed, then you would be informed about time of consult.
• After the consult an advice or prescreption would be given.

Charges – Rs. 1200/- per consult. Charges have to be paid in advance, before beginning of consultation. Payment Link via PayTM or Bank Account transfer would be shared once the request for consultation is accepted.
